Brass!

This blog posting is really for Ayva's Papa (aka Mr Quince) as she really wanted him to see the pumps we got for her due to the sudden change in climate here in Brest. Little Quincess was all dressed up to go to the ball... "des Fanfares", a groovy brass-band festival that takes place here, with an international line-up, think more Kusturica-style than the Colliery brass band-thing! Some of our friends play in the the Zebaleze Fanfare in Brest, including Jacques, pictured here as the Che, and we found a few others to have dinner with, which was crab by the way, hence the disastrous state of the table-cloths!
