Os Marmelos aproveitaram as férias em Inglaterra para tirar umas férias de dois dias nos North York Moors (Montes a Norte de York) e na costa leste do norte, que dà para o Mar do Norte... uma Inglaterra mais profunda e tradicional, onde jà se pode adivinhar a semelhança com outros povos do Mar do Norte (Escossia, Holanda, Escandinavia). Muitas fotos para mostrar.The Quinces took a two-day break in their holidays to go further North and travel up to the North York Moors and the North English coast on the North Sea. A place which is quite impressive for a first-time visitor, with very English-looking countryside but evoking other North sea countries as well. Lots of pictures to be blogged.
Foram dois dias onde os Marmelos adultos andaram sosinhos e puderam se olhar profundamente nos olhos.The adult Quinces were on their own and able to have a deep look into each others' eyes.
O tempo permitiu aproveitar das vistas, com os Moors sufisamente descobertos no primeiro dia. No segundo a neve veio trazer uma ponta de romance...The first day the weather was nice enough to appreciate the impressive views from the Moors. The day after we had some fallen snow, a lot of snowing, and very romantic views of the country, the pubs and the tea rooms. Each time Ricardo comes up to Leeds we have snow... that's great!!
A Ayva ficou em casa a dar migalhas aos passaros no jardim dos avo's... onde tambem nevou.Ayva stayed home feeding the birds in her grandparent's garden... which became white too.
